More about TEKKEN 6

A must-have for fighting aficionados, TEKKEN 6 sees the return of many familiar faces and new characters to create the largest line-up in franchise history. Adding to the already robust gaming experience, dynamic and destructible environments will enable players to punch their enemies through concrete walls or kick them through floors to open a whole new battleground. Players can also take the battle online for classic match-ups and to compete for world domination. Furthermore, an impressive real-time motion blur effect has been implemented to provide the richest visuals the series has ever seen.

Featuring a new Scenario Campaign mode, players are introduced to a unique hybrid control system that combines conventional fighting game controls with free movement. This system allows them to progress through the story and mow down hordes of enemies while still enjoying fighting game action either alone or cooperatively online. For the first time in the series, players will have an arsenal of staffs, machine guns, flame throwers, and even giant robots at their disposal.

Hadouken: Destructoid Interviews Our Very Own S-kill (aka Seth)

Gather around, boys and girls, as you're all in for a treat on this Friday afternoon. Jonathan Holmes on Destructoid recently sat down with Unity superstar and senior community manager Seth Killian to talk about EVO, Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom, SF IV, various Capcom games, and the great Mega Man 9 nugget hunt. In all honesty, it's a pretty neat read that I highly recommend checking out and since Seth is too modest to post about his own interview, he has fallen victim to photoshop. Enjoy kids!

Hadouken: Street Fighter Blog discusses Sf 2 Tournament with Udon

Udon is at its best! with the current SF2 Turbo series heating up as the SF2 tournament started, the Street Fighter Blog is pround to announce that we will be discussing the tournament as it progresses with Matt Moylan from udon. Through this series of interviews we will learn more about the different matchups, the events to come and of course the tournament itself.

This first Chat i had with Matt Moylan was about the tournament as whole, what does it represent for Udon and its Sf world and what to expect in the next issues:

Nabil says:
Hello folks and dear Street Fighter Blog readers. We have here with us the one and only Matt Moylan. If you were living under a rock in past two years, Matt Moylan is Udon Comics Managing Editor and the main dude behind all of Udon's publishing Projects

Nabil says:
Thank you Matt for this great opportunity

Matt Moylan says:
No problems sir! Always like to talk about what UDON is working on.

Nabil says:
The Street Fighter II tournament is without a doubt the biggest event of the Street Fighter mythos and i am glad to see Udon tackle that particular tournament. and while we will be discussing every fight that occured or will occure i would like to as you what is the significance of the SFii tournament in the Udon world of Street Fighter

Matt Moylan says:
Well, now that we've had a lot of time to flesh out our universe and our version of the characters, for us the tournament is a chance to focus on what the Street Fighter games are about at their core - one on one fights where each fighter gets to show off their unique skills. Of course we have also tied the whole thing together with our main plots such as Chun-li and Guiles fight to bring down

Matt Moylan says:
Shadaloo, Cammy's personal struggles to find herself, and Ryu's inner battle against the darkness within him.

Nabil says:
Speaking of Ryu, will we finally find out why Bison was shown interested in Ryu during the first issue of the Street Fighter Comics?

Matt Moylan says:
We've touched on some of Bison's interest in Ryu (in particular in the Dark Hadou energy as a power source) in the SFIV series. But again, Bison has other reasons to have his eye on Ryu which will become apparent soon enough.

Nabil says:
i am sure i am speaking for a lot of fans when i say "we cannot wait to see what guys have for us in store"

Nabil says:
now about the tournament itself, how did you guys decide on which character fights who ?

Matt Moylan says:
Well, partly it was fights and victories/losses that had to happen to move the story forward, and partly it's just characters we want to see fight each other! It'll be fun to see characters who are bitter enemies square off, or each ones who are close friends.

Nabil says:
should we expect some shocking twists in terms of the results of the matches?

Matt Moylan says:
well looking at the matches you may think it's each to figure out the winners, but a few fan favourites are going to get knocked out earlier that youd expect!

Matt Moylan says:
so there will be some upsets

Nabil says:
You heard it here first folks, expect anything in the Street Fighter II Tournament

Nabil says:
Join us in the next few days as we discuss paticular matches that occured during the excellent Street Fighter II turbo #8, until then i woul like to thank our guest Matt Moylan for taking time from his busy schedule to discuss with us what udon has for us in Store in the next few issues

Nabil says:
Thank you Matt

Matt Moylan says:
no problem!

I hope you guys enjoyed this first of many discussions about the current awesome Street Fighter Tournament Arc. And if you did not get the Street Fighter II Turbo comics i suggest you do so NOW!
