So I really don’t know why, but when I run Starcraft on my old laptop I bought in 2007 it was fine and pretty quick.

New laptop specs :

* nVIDIA GeForce 9800M GTS Graphics
* 17" Widescreen Display
* Integrated Camera and Microphone
* 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi
* Windows Vista Home Premium (64-bit)
* 9.1 lb

Problems when I run SC on this laptop :

- the animation is pretty choppy
- the menu’s drag
- moving my cursor across the screen drags
- i basically have some bad FPS on this game

I run the steam : source engine games like cake on this laptop

Any suggestions?

I just recently got my TE stick (Frys.com ftw), and when I hold forward with the joystick it lags a little after I let go. So basically after I let go it still moves forward another step. This only happens when I hold it down, not when I just tap it. Is this a broken stick? Or am I diong something wrong? What’s up?
