Apparently the DLC has been released on the PSN Store for BlazBlue. I just played a Hakumen online with one of them. I asked if it was one of the new colors and he responded with "yeah they’re on the PSN Store." I haven’t actually confirmed this yet as I haven’t had a chance to get onto the store. Still, just a heads up.
