So just to verify, by the time the winner is chosen you'll have already finished collecting their shipping location and send it to them by the time SFIV comes out right?

When the winner is chosen we will contact them via email to verify the mail and to collect shipping information. Once that is verified the Prize should arrive the same day you receive SF4 for the console.

Ofcourse you need to consider that these sticks are very limited. So it could come down to what system they have left.

Active member. Meaning one must participate and be a casual visitor and help in making this site better. I think it's only fair that way. Otherwise some person who signed up for fun and didn't participate could win and not really appreciate the value of it. I rather it go to someone who "REALLY" will put it to good use.

One last thing i forgot to ask, will the prize to the winner receive notification that they win through email or through this site itself because it seems unlikely that'd i go onto my normal email account regularly to check, or will you email us through this site itself?

we will announce it on the forums.
First we will announce the user name the person used to register as and ask them to contact us via pm.
We will then acquire specific information from the chosen winner.
NOTE: Winner is completely random using something similar to the "Name in the Hat" drawings. This is the most fair way to do it.

But, didn't you just post earlier to say that people should be casual vistiors atleast and participate and stuff? How do you know if people aren't just going to make multiple accounts or some bot is going to win it? Will you take those into account as well?
