A lot of people I come across online, don't seem to realize that you can install the game data so that your load time at the VS screen and other places will greatly reduce.

Now this is for the PS3
Load up Street Fighter IV. Go to Options - > System Options -> Install

For the Xbox 360,
Load in your Street Fighter 4 - > then press Y on the game (While on the dashboard) then install to harddrive.

This may take about 10 minutes but it's worth it. And many people online will thank you.  Grin

Works like a charm.  Question, how much megs does it take up?  I figure I could check the same game data to see though.

5.7 gigs on the 360, that install was larger than my last one (NHL 09) and I think it's almost time to upgrade to the 120 gig HDD.  I can only install one game at a time with what's on my 20 gig.

It also helps not to have a bunch of crap on your hard drives. In other words, get rid of those useless demos/movies your PS3/360 came with.

I really don't care about Halo 3's trailer, nor do I care for those lame arcade games.

I don't notice any long loading times in vs. (360)
Maybe I'm just hugely lucky?

Oh it's there. No luck involved. IF it's not installed it will take longer to load. Install it and you definately see a difference.

i was just curious of anyone is having trouble staying connecting to the ps3 network?  it will keep me signed in but occasionally after a match it's like my ps3 will freeze then disconnect me from it ONLY ON SF.  it still has me signed into the PSNetwork though.

I don't know about the 360 but the PS3 version's load times are damn ridiculous without the install. I know blu-ray is supposedly slower as far as the load times go but there's absolutely no reason for the load times being as long as they are even without the install.
