Now here is a really really fair assumption for the Street Fighter IV / Street Fighter 4: PC Minimum System Requirements
The arcade that runs SF4, is in reallity a pc, called Taito Type x2. with this specs (from wiki): Taito Type X2
* OS: Microsoft Windows XP Embedded SP2 * CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6400?Pentium 4 651?Celeron D 352 (up to latest Core 2 CPUs supported by the chipset) * Chipset: Intel Q965 + ICH8 * Monitor: 720p/1080p/1440p HD LCD Monitor * RAM: DDR2 667/800MHz (512MB/1GB, up to 4GB) * GPU: PCI Express x16-based graphics. Support cards include ATI RADEON X1600Pro/X1300LE or nVIDIA GeForce 7900GS?7600GS?7300GS, up to latest graphic cards (Radeon HD 3800 or Geforce 9800 series) * Sound: Onboard Realtek HD 7.1 channel Sound (supports add-in sound cards) * LAN: 10/100/1000 BASE-T * I/O ports: 1x JVS, 4x USB 2.0 (up to , 1x serial (max 2), 1x parallel port, 2x PS/2, 2x SATA * Audio inputs: AKG C535EB Stage Microphone, line-in (Surround 7.1) * Audio outputs: 7.1, SPDI/FX * Expansion Slots: 1x PCI Express x16 (used by video card), 1x PCI Express x4, 2x PCI * Storage: 2x 80 GB 10k RPM SATA Hard Drives * Media: 80 GB 10000 rpm Hard Drive
So the pc version system requirements wont be much different than these, probably an average of the specs listed .

Hm. Let me think about it... There are people out there that don't own consoles and still are fans of Street Fighter. Actually it's me and about everyone else I know. We all play SF regularily through MAME and don't see the need of buying a 360 for just one game.
After all, a game is supposed to be fun. And I'm sure that we'll have it.

Good info, meet all those requirements except for the display resolution. Hopefully it will let me run it on my arcade monitor.

hard to say that SF and PC don't go together because there really wasn't an official release for any series on the PC.
I think it's about time they release for the PC, but the only drawback is....they won't release the PC version about 2 months after the PS3 and 360 version.
Ultimately EVERY arcade game is PC based. so to say SF and PC don't go good together, well....tell that to the arcade version because that's what the arcade version is....a PC. The reason why it will take longer to release on the PC is purely Online Network code. It requires more attention than the console versions, and they focus on the console versions first because that's where the money is. I for one wanted it on the PC, but after I heard that it will be out 2 months later than the console....well i have to get it for the ps3 now.

I would imagine the requirements would be similar to the Taito X2's specs and that's assuming that SFIV uses almost the whole power of the machine. To be honest I don't even think the requirements will be asking for a dual-core. I think they'd really have to botch the "port" a lot for it to have high requirements.
...and there's nothing wrong with somebody wanting SF IV on the PC. If I had my PC setup in a MAME cabinet configuration I wouldn't even consider getting the 360 of PS3 versions myself.
