its just bcuz his ultra can be pulled out very very easy

Yeah, thats praticlly the biggest reason, the other person is trying and doing combos on the rufus, then the rufus does ONE hit, then into ultra, and then the guy the was doing good and all that stuff, he's the one that ends up losing.
