Here's the deal.

create a free account.

Create a Street Fighter Cartoon about anything. It can be about anything Street Fighter Related. Make us Cry, make us laugh, make us sad or make us smile. Do whatever it is your heart desires.

I recommend you practice their tools and interface asap.

Winner will receive $20 cash! Yes I know not much, but it should be interesting to see what people come up with.

so for now, practice up!

Rules will be as followed.

1 Entry Per Person.
Cartoon must not exceed 5 min.
No profanity or Sexual innuendos.
As long as Street Fighter is in it, It's allowed.

Contest Ends Feb 14th 2009 11:59PM PST
Winner is chosen by community poll.
Winner will be announced on or around the 17th.

Please tell me your gonna make a vote thread, and note a Poll thread when it's time to decide who wins. People can make Multi's to vote for their selves. (Past forum contest experience..), If it's Vote threads, It's gonna be obvious if that guy made a multi..

Or people with 50+ post can only vote, etc.

Verbal Threads ftw . Just an advice Zeph, Because on the last "Splash contest" I entered on a Tales of Symphonia forums, the contest was a mess. So many argument threads popping out, they had to perma-ban like 8 people.

Verbal thread is when you have to Post the name of the user to vote.
Poll threads are those bubble check-ins on top that you have to check to vote.
